Student Accounts
The Student Accounts Office is the centralized billing and collection point for all student accounts. The primary function of the office is to help students and their families understand all aspects of their accounts, issue bills, and receive payments.

The Student Accounts office is located at: 1 College and Main in Yochum Hall
Monday - Friday
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We use University Accounting Service as the billing service for Perkins and Nursing Student Loans from the point of separation from the University through repayment of the loans.

Making Payments
There are a variety of ways to make payments to Capital University:
- We accept cash and check in person or via mail.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and electronic checks online.
- Please include the student's account number and name on checks.
- All credit card payments must be made online.
- A 2.75% service fee will be added to online credit card payments.
