Types of Aid
Financial aid is defined as any assistance (scholarships, grants, loans, work-study) that can be used to pay for college.
Scholarships and grants are considered free money and do not need to be paid back.
Campus employment or federal work-study allows students to earn money right on campus. Please note that students are directly issued a paycheck. The funds are not applied automatically toward tuition charges.
Federal and private education loans are available to students and parents. Repayment is required and for student loans begins after graduation.
Capital's Commitment
University-specific scholarships help build a diverse and supported community on campus. Current students are able to focus on academics and student life by working directly with financial aid experts who help them navigate the tuition and financial aid process.
